Q: Do You accept children and pets?
A: Yes. We are a family and pet friendly park. We accept both children and pets, although we do not accept aggressive pet breeds into the resort.
Q: Do you have any attractions in the area that will entertain our children during our visit?
A: There are many. Just to mention a few, there is the world famous Sea World, San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park. We also have Knott’s Soak City and LegoLand.
Q: Can I stay longer than a few days or a week?
A: Yes. We rent sites on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Our reservation specialist can assist you in your reservation needs.
Q: We are looking to escape the extreme heat of our area this summer. What is the weather like in the summer at your resort?
A: The average temperature during the summer months at the resort is in the upper 80’s. On very warm days we are in the 90’s with an occasional 100 to 100+ day here and there.
Q: Do you have full hook ups?
A: Yes. All of our sites are concrete pad with 30/50 amp electric service at each site with water, sewer and cable television.
Q: Are you close to the freeway?
A: Our resort is situated 2.4 miles from interstate 8 which is one of the main corridors servicing the San Diego area. We are freeway convenient without the noise and congestion of being directly adjacent to a freeway.
Q: Is there fishing nearby?
A: Definitely. For fresh water fishing there are several fishing lakes all within from 10 minutes to 35 minutes from the resort. We can also assist the saltwater enthusiast with directions to the bay or the booking of a deep sea fishing excursion.
Q: Are you convenient to shopping?
A: Yes. We have an outlet mall conveniently located within a ten minute drive and several major shopping malls within a 15 – 20 minute drive as well as shopping in the quaint town of Alpine which is a 5 minute drive from the resort.
Q: Do you have activities at your resort?
A: Absolutely. Our event calendar is full of fun events and activities. We also have a heated pool and spa, clubhouse with billiards, foosball and a big screen TV lounge. In addition, we have horseshoe area, picnic area and a fitness center. |
